Talk to an advisorAfter your free survey, most projects kick off within 2–3 weeks — enough time to finalise designs and order materials. Small jobs like door fitting, smart locks or gutter repairs are usually scheduled within 48–72 hours, and emergency call-outs (leaks, lockouts, storm damage) are prioritised the same day.
Your choice. Most clients take our fully-managed route: we source materials at trade prices, share brand options for approval before purchase, and every item appears on your itemised invoice. If you'd rather supply your own fixtures, we're happy to quote labour-only and advise on specifications so nothing holds up the schedule.
Pricing is fixed after the site survey and based on a room-by-room bill of quantities that you approve in writing. The only way the number changes is if you request a change — and even then, nothing proceeds until you've signed off a clearly priced change order. "Unexpected site condition" surprises sit with us, not you.
Every Nestora tradesperson is background-verified and holds current trade certifications for their discipline — electrical, plumbing, gas and structural work are only ever performed by licensed specialists. We carry comprehensive liability insurance on every site, and your project manager shares their photo, name and direct line before day one.
Before final handover we do a joint snag walkthrough and list anything you'd like refined — our team fixes every item free of charge within 14 days. Workmanship is then covered by our 5-year warranty, and we deliberately hold the final 10% payment until you've signed off, so you never pay for work you're not delighted with.
